Warranty

In case of warranty demands or when requesting missing or damaged parts of a base_xx product please fill out the RMA-form (return merchandise authorization) and send it together with the product concerned directly to your local base_xx sales representative.

If you have questions please consult our customer service by E-Mail to info@basexx.com. Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase date. As a customer from a foreign country please contact your closest local sales partner in that country Please state the telephone number, which we can reach you at for questions. In case of a justified complaint we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. For the inspection of warranty demands, the repair or replacement of a product as well as the return shipment no costs will be incurred to the customer.

10 YEARS WARRANTY ON NOTEBOOKCASES

We demands the highest quality on all products. Therefore we offer first-buyers of any notebook case and bag a 10 years warranty on possible material or manufacturing errors. We guarantees the first-buyer that the case or bag has no material or manufacturing errors. If we should discover upon inspection that a product has such a material or manufacturing error, then we will repair or replace the product at our own discretion free of charge. This warranty is void when the first-buyer sells or gives the case/bag to a third party. Disclaimer of Liability: This warranty does not cover accidents, improper operation or care, modifications, abuse or effects of force majeure like an earthquake etc., purposeful damage and also excludes demands for indirect or direct losses or consequential damages that are derived from a warranty case. This warranty is only valid for the first-buyer of the product. Following cases are excluded from warranty: Loss or damage of computers; loss or damage of programs, recordings or data.
